End-of-life lithium-ion batteries are collected from consumers, industries, and authorized e-waste centers. Batteries with 80% capacity are repurposed into LiGRID, our Battery Energy Storage System, while fully depleted batteries are safely processed for recycling. Lithium, cobalt, nickel, and manganese are recovered through mechanical separation process. The output achieves battery-grade purity, enabling direct supply to anode and cathode manufacturers—re-entering the battery value chain at the highest quality tier without additional refining. We also process production scrap, including cathode and anode powders, electrode scrap, and jelly rolls—ensuring zero waste across the battery manufacturing supply chain.
